1980 to 1990 : Launching of the automotive department. This department represents 50% of the group's CA with precision technical parts.

1990 to 2000 : Development of automotive activity. 1st complex sub-unit: armrest for the Renault Espace P 52. Relaunching of Erce Ouest, Normandy, and the creation of Erce CZ in Chropyn?, Czech Republic. Development of sub-units and armrests. Certification QS 9000.

2000 to 2005 : Rationalisation. Specialisation by sites. Optimisation of processes and assembly lines, certification TS 16 949 version 2002 and ISO 9001 version 2000.

2006 to present : Specialisation in technical parts and complex functions. Orientation around innovation: phase lead and design, growing markets.
